About

A cornerstone of every Himalayan expedition is the Puja, a Buddhist ceremony whereby a Llama blesses the team prior to them heading higher on the mountain. Throughout the expedition the prayer flags remain in camp offering climbers a reminder of the delicate dance of survival in the mountains.
